Does Zega Ship Everywhere?

Currently, we ship Australia-wide only. We plan to ship to other countries as soon as possible so follow on Facebook & Instagram and join our mailing list to be updated when this occurs.

We offer a flat $25 shipping rate. However, we're offering free shipping for a limited time. Orders are typically processed on the same or next business day and delivered within an additional 2-7 business days, depending on your delivery location. Note: due to COVID-19 related delays, it's possible your order may take a bit longer than this estimated timeframe.

When your Zega order is shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery. Be sure to allow emails from @zegacookware.com otherwise, please check your spam/junk folder.

How Do the Zega Apps Help Me Cook?

Zega is the world's first app-enabled cookware appliance that does the cooking for you! Similarly, the Cookii app is full of delicious and healthy recipes created by our expert chefs, ready for you to choose.

Each recipe has easy to follow instructions, showing how to prepare the ingredients and guide you through cooking.

Can I Cook Without the App?

Absolutely! You can cook using your own recipes without the need for the app.

With your Zega Cookware, Just select Quick Cook and follow the instructions, i.e., prepare ingredients, place in the pot and select Start Cooking. You'll be alerted to switch off the stove when your food has heated up to the required temperature.

With your Zega Cookii, you are all set and ready to go! The design of the Cookii allows you to save precious counter space whilst still enjoying all the functionality you need to whip up delicious meals, whereas the app provides you with delicious recipes and allows you organise your week's meals all through an easy-to-use and convenient interface.

With Zega Cookware and Zega Cookii you can experience the ultimate in cooking convenience at home.
